This used to be the main LA area casino, but is now not nearly as big of a player as the Commerce Casino. They still have 24-hour action with standard Limit games.

This is the largest poker club in Southern California and features a wide variety of poker games. They commonly spread as high as $80-$160. If you plan on playing poker in Southern California, you must stop by the Commerce. This was also where a recent World Poker Tour event was held.

A relatively new player in the Southern California poker market, the Hustler casino has quickly made a name for itself. It features a lot of Limit games and spreads the highest limit 7-Stud game regularly played in North America.

They have Hold'em from low limits ($1-2, $3-6) all the way up to $20-$40. They also have low-limit Omaha and Stud games.

They have many limit games. The $20-40 game runs 24/7 and they often spread a $40-80 game. They also have a unique spread limit $20-200 game, with blinds of $10-10-20. Bay 101 is also hosting a World Poker Tour event in February-March of 2004.

Lucky Chances hosts one of the largest, if not largest,
regular no limit ring games in the country. The blinds are
$10-10-20 and the minimum preflop bet is $40. They also have
many low- and mid-limit games (generally up to $20-40). The
cardroom itself is also very nice, with a large Asian games
section.

The Palace Card Club is not located in the nicest of areas, but spreads quite a few big bet games. They have No-Limit hold'em with $1-1-2 blinds (and a $5 kill) and a Pot-Limit Omaha game and pot limit Omaha hi-lo game with $5-5 blinds.
